Music fans all over the world should know that Beyonce Knowles has scooped two awards out of five nominations, at the inaugural VH1 Soul Presents: VIBE Awards Special. The R&B Celebrity won R&B Artist of the Year and the VStyle Award, and lost out to Rihanna’s Umbrella for Video for the Year and Song of the Year to T-Pain’s Buy U A Drank.

The one and only Timbaland was honored with Producer of the Year award while Robin Thicke was named Breakthrough Artist of the Year and Lil’ Wayne scooped Hip Hop Artist of the Year. Jay-Z took home the Vibe Props accolade and Kanye West was recognized for Mixtape of the Year for his underground release, “Can’t Tell Me Nothing.”

VH1 Soul Presents: Vibe Awards Special ceremony is a one-hour taped show which will premier Nov. 14. Eve hosted the show and you can also see some special appearances by the likes of Alicia Keys, Keyshia Coles, Wyclef Jeean, Dallas Austin, Nelly, Common, Snoop Dogg, Big Boi, Farnsworth Bentley, Q Tip and Rodney Jerkins.

The next Celebrity mother-to-be is set to release her performance from Sydney’s Acer Arena last July on DVD, according to Australian press. Christina Aguilera Back To Basics : Live In Australia’ took place just before she had to cancel the remaining dates of the world tour and the DVD is due to be released on December 8th.

The DVD will include also some of Christina’s latest release, as follows: Ain’t No Other Man, Back In The Day, Understand, Makes Me Wanna Pray, Oh Mother, Enter The Circus / Welcome, Dirrty (Circus Version), Candyman and Hurt.

In other Celebrity news, Christina Aguilera has finally confirmed what everyone already knew – that she’s pregnant. In a recent interview with Glamour magazine, the 26-year-old singer said that she intends to be a working mom.

The American Idol winner Carrie Underwood keeps up with the good work, as the country singer spent Tuesday evening in the Big Apple rehearsal for an upcoming TV show, “Christmas at the Rockefeller Center.” The Rockefeller Center tree lighting will be aired live on November 28th on NBC from 7-9 p.m. The young singer took home recently a couple CMA Awards. The American Idol winner won the trophy for Single of the Year for “Before He Cheats” along with scooping up the award for Female Vocalist of the Year, at the Country Music Association Awards.

In other Celebrity news, besides her music talent Carrie Underwood is also being recognized for her style, as the country star shares the cover of the UsWeekly with Katie Holmes, Carrie being voted to have the “Sexiest New Style.”

The American Idol champ who once bragged about her jeans collection is now a consistent red carpet charmer in top designers like Escada and Mazria.

American Idol winner Carrie Underwood has announced that she’ll be touring with Nicole Kidman’s husband Keith Urban. Reports say that the tour is going to be called “Love, Pain and the Whole Crazy Carnival Ride,” which is a conglomeration of the two artist’s album titles. The pair’s tour it’s scheduled to make twenty-four stops across North America. For fans of Carrie and Keith, tickets go on sale December 1st. According to reports, stars of the music industry have been awarded at this year’s World Music Awards. The show, it will air on November 22nd on My Network TV in the United States. UK singer Mika was happy to receive four honors at the World Music Awards in Monte Carlo on Sunday evening, for for best-selling new artist, best-selling male entertainer, best-selling pop/rock artist and best-selling British artist at the ceremony. Akon and Celine Dion were among other winners at the event. The Quebec-born diva, who performed the single Taking Chances from her forthcoming album, was presented with the prestigious Legend Award by regal fan Prince Albert.
