Linkin Park delayed new album

The rock band, Linkin Park, delayed their new album. The new rock record of the group was supposed to be out later this year, but it seems like they just need more time to finish it, so it seems like the new hip-hop/rock album will hit the stores next year. Mike Shinoda said that they’re still working on it and that they’ve narrowed it down to about 30-50 songs. ‘Originally, we thought we’d have an album out by the end of this year, but at this point we don’t see that happening. We’re doing really well, but we just need a little more time’, said Mike Shinoda.

‘This is the most fun I have ever had recording an LP album’, said Mike Shinoda. ‘Rick Rubin is a great coach he just keeps us pointed in the right direction, and we push as hard as we can. Our music tastes are so eclectic, it’s fun to work together. The styles we’re mixing right now are all over the place. We’ve really been pushing things outside the box. But like my Fort Minor album - it’s a hip-hop album, but a lot of the stuff isn’t conventional - the LP album has its own unique sound that still sounds like LP, just different.’

Good Charllote new rock album

Good Charlotte.jpg

The rock band Good Charlotte will release their forth new rock album at the beginning of the next year. The new as-yet-untitled album follows-up the 2004’s platinum-selling ‘Chronicles of Life and Death’ rock album. Benji Madden said that he kind of feels like it’s their first record and that ‘anytime you have the opportunity to make a first impression you really want to look your best and leave people with a good feeling.’

They said that they don’t really feel the need to rush. They just want it to be right and as time has gone on and things have developed, they feel the need to spend more time to make it exactly the way they want it. They don’t want to let their fans down. The new rock album brings something new. This record is a lot dancier than anything they’ve ever done influenced by the pop sensibility of really melodic bands, like Oasis and The Police.
