Apple’s iTunes Music Store let’s you re-download all the music you lost and re-grants the purchases history. So, if you lost your whole collection of music you can put it back because iTunes Music Store allows you to. Well, I think this is a great news. Apple iTunes Music Store said that in the event that a customer’s entire music library is lost, the iTunes Music Store does re-grant the purchases history, but, you have to keep in mind that Apple does not offer protection against the loss of purchases.

In other news, Apple is now in a juridical argue with Creative Technology. Apple sued Creative because the U.S. division of Creative Technology infringes four patents in its hand-held digital players and Creative sued Apple in the same day, because of the iPods and iPod nanos importation and sale after importation into the United States.

Nelly Furtado1.jpg

Nelly Furtado is number one on iTunes chart, being the most downloaded single on iTunes, winning this spot with her newest song ‘Promiscuous’, a featuring with Timbaland. Pop celebrity’s single jumped this week from number 30 to number 9 on Billboard Hot 100 chart. Pop singer’s success made Rihanna’s top spot to fall on number three on the both charts, on iTunes chart and Billboard Hot 100 chart. Honestly, I was expecting for Nelly Furtado’s single ‘Crowd Control’, for which she collaborated with Justin Timberlake, but maybe this single will hit the radio stations when Justin Timberlake will release his new album. The pop artist’s album ‘Loose’ is set to be release on June 20th.

AllofMP3.com allTunes software for music download

The Russian paid MP3 music download site AllofMP3.com is now offering a software for downloading songs without entering to their site.
allTunes is a Windows and Smartphone interface to the AllofMP3 music library, permitting you to download high quality music easily.
The music downloads site offers about 40,000 albums. With only $0.11 you can download a four-minute song encoded at 192Kbps in the MP3 format. An entire album costs about $1-2, comparing to iTunes where for only one song you pay $0,99. Why? Because AllofMP3.com pays nothing to the music industry and to the artists, because they don’t have any signed contracts with the recording labels like iTunes has (iTunes pays about $0,75 to the recording labels).

Rihanna still tops iTunes chart

Rihanna

The pop beauty, Rihanna is not only topping Billboard Hot 100 chart for the second week consecutive, but the pop celebrity remains number one on iTunes chart with the same song ‘S.O.S.’. Well, I think that the pop singer is beautiful, talented, she has a great voice but the ‘S.O.S.’ single is not as ‘awesome’ as her last singles or as ‘Unfaithful’, song which is now number nine on iTunes chart. Anyway, I hope pop artist’s next single will be as successful as ‘Pon the replay’ or ‘S.O.S.’ because she has a pretty good album.

  1. Rihanna - S.O.S.
  2. Daniel Powter - Bad Day
  3. Red Hot Chili Peppers - Dani California
  4. Lil John feat. E-40 & Sean Paul - Snap Yo Fingers
  5. Nick Lachey - What’s Left Of Me
  6. The Fray - Over My Head (Cable Car)
  7. Fort Minor feat. Holly Brook - Where’d you go
  8. Chamillionaire & Krayzie Bone - Ridin’
  9. Rihanna - Unfaithful
  10. Sean Paul - Temperature
