Eminem

Hip-Hop rapper/producer Eminem has filed a lawsuit for the second time against online download store Apple’s iTunes because he has made it clear that the company it has no permission to sell his songs. According to The Detroit News, Eminem asked that demanded his songs to be remove as soon as possible from the online store, but iTunes has refused.

Eminem had previously filed a lawsuit against Apple claiming it used one of his songs in a television advertisement without his permission. It was one of the first launched for the iTunes Music Store, 2004, and featured a 10-year-old singing “Lose Yourself.”

Beyonce is now available with her new album on Apple’s iTunes, although it hasn’t been released yet. The R&B celebrity Beyonce Knowles will release her upcoming album ‘B’Day’ on 5th September. Until then we’ve already seen her new video of ‘Deja Vu’ single, a collaboration between the R&B singer Beyonce and hip-hop artist Jay-Z. Her new album will also include collaborations with T.I. and Ne-Yo.

The new album of the R&B celebrity is available for pre-order on iTunes. It includes the video for ‘Deja Vu’, three bonus tracks, the mini-documentary ‘Behind the Scenes with Beyonce’, a digital booklet and two additional songs ‘Lost Yo Mind’ and ‘Deja Vu’. Now honestly, she is a diva, she’s a great singer with an amazing voice but, isn’t she exaggerating a little bit with her dance moves?

Apple continues to break rules

Apple’s iTunes Music Store is breaking the rules in Norway more exactly the section 9a of the Norwegian Marketing Control Act. It seems like it was not reasonable that the consumer must sign up to a contract made by English law, rather than Norwegian law, that iTunes Music Store must accept responsibility for any damage done by its software and that it is unreasonable to alter terms and conditions after a song has been sold.

I think Apple iTunes and iPod’s popularity is growing very fast. After all: any other thing on this planet has its bad part and good part. A bad part of Apple iTunes could be the so-many-’breaking rules’-times.

The Apple Computer’s iTunes Music Store might begin to offer tracks encoded in its higher-quality Lossless Compression Format, a format which was introduced by Apple in 2004 as part of QuickTime 6.5.1 and later introduced to iTunes 4.5. But, according to a post on the news site AppleInsider, iTunes Producer 1.4 is now passing from the currently Advanced Audio Coding (AAC) format to the Lossless format.

The thing is that the Apple Lossless Encoder it’s a format which does not presently utilize a digital rights management (DRM) scheme to assure copy-protection as the Advances Audio Coding (ACC). So, why do you think the Apple company wants to do this change at the iTunes Music Store?
