Did you miss her? R&B star Rihanna will release of her third album in just two years! How she explains it? For my surprise, Rihanna revealed her record label bosses at Def Jam are sure of her talent and they will continue to be in the charts with her singles and albums. Rihanna’ yet untitled album comes out in June, and the R&B star revealed that for his album the sound has changed, “it’s a lot edgier than the rest of the stuff that anyone has heard from me before […] it’s a lot sexier.”

I’ve listen her newest single, “Umbrella” (featuring Jay-Z) produced by C. Tricky Stewart and I have to say is just an ordinary song, nothing special! I was actually shocked when I read what Def Jam President Shawn ‘Jay-Z’ Carter said about Rihanna’s album : “it shows such growth for her as an artist. If you listen to the lyrics to that song, you know the depth and how far she’s come.”

It’s true I haven’t heard Rihanna’s album, but till then I will have my doubts.

According to an official statement to MTV, Usher not only that he will marry by the end of the year to stylist Tamika Foster but he is also aiming to have the album in stores by November. The album still has no title but it was revealed that till now, it was produced in booth of Jermaine Dupri’s So So Def studios. Some tracks from his younger brother James “J. Lack” Lackey (Lloyd’s “Get It Shawty”), who’ll be joining Jermaine Dupri as a producer on the new album. For this album, Usher also had session with hitmakers Dre and Vidal (Alicia Keys, Mary J. Blige, Justin Timberlake). Other details are soon to be revealed.

According to the news, Basketball star Tony Parker, who is engaged to Desperate Housewives actress Eva Longoria, recently released his debut hip-hop French album. It was a surprise as, the nation’s highest paid athlete kept his music skills more like a secret until now. The album, with the fist single “Balance-toi” - “Move Yourself” is reportedly selling in Parker’s native France and it was shock to many who were unaware of his music talent. We don’t know much about Tony’ album, and till we do lets take Eva Longoria word on it as she told People, “I’m so proud of Tony. He is such a talent.”

Pop/Latin Celebrity Jennifer Lopez will soon release her first Spanish album Como Ama Una Mujer, which means How a Woman Loves. According to the Los Angeles Times, the album is co-produced by Lopez’s husband, Marc Anthony. Like other Latinos born in the U.S., Jennifer Lopez learn how to speak Spanish when she became an adult. The album will be in F.Y.E. store at 3450 Jerome Avenue in the Bronx on Tuesday, March 27. In other Celebrity news, Jennifer Lopez wants to prove that she has “a voice” according to Latino producer/songwriter Estefano, who is the main songwriter and producer on Lopez’s new album ‘Como Ama Una Mujer’. We’ll just have to wait and see!
