The R&B singer Tyrese is set to release on 5th December his new album “Alter Ego” through J Records label. The much rumored album is a double-disc Rap-R&B album: with one disc featuring his R&B traks and the other containing rap tunes under “Black Ty.” The singer Tyrese will promote the album with the “Alter Ego Black Tour,” scheduled later this month.
According to the news, Tyrese’ first single will be the R&B track “One” produced by The Underdogs. The album “Alter Ego” features guest appearances by celebrities like The Game, Snoop Dogg, Kurupt, Too Short, David Banner, Method Man and Lil Scrappy.
In other news, Tyrese Gibson is among the artists nominated for Film Life’s 2006 Black Movie Awards–A Celebration of Black Cinema: Past, Present and Future, for Outstanding Performance by an Actor for his role alongside the Game in the movie Waist Deep.
