MTV’s recent festivity is Spankin’ Free Music Week which started Monday, is filled with new videos, performances, and behind the scenes!! In this week MTV is making the M stand for ‘music’ again and what’s completely different from Spankin’ New Music Week is that MTV is allowing free downloads of exclusive tracks at http://music.mtv.com Here’s some of who’s on TRL this week at 3:30 ET/PT: performances of Nelly Furtado, The Killers, JoJo, The Game, Fergie and appearances by Diddy & Tenacious D; Ludacris & AFI; Linkin Park, Vanessa Hudgens, & Jesse McCartney; Chingy and many more celebrities.
The week-long event which is hosted by MTV VJs Damien Fahey, Vanessa Minnillo, Susie Castillo, Stephen Colletti and La La Vasquez, is programming broadcast over several of the network’s channels, including MTV, MTV2, mtvU, and MTV Overdrive, the network’s online station. Every channel, platform, and network of MTV will choose today’s hottest music an artists.
