Don Omar King of Kings

According to the news, Reggaeton superstar Don Omar will be on the roud for his first U.S. tour next month to promote his latest album King of Kings. Titled the “King of Kings Tour,” the “journey” will start on October 13 in Atlanta, GA and will end up with two consecutive performances in Don Omar’s native Puerto Rico on December. His album King of Kings sure doesn’t seem like Don Omar’s impressive debut album from 2003 The Last Don, despite the fact that, the reggaeton had been generally defined by a trademark rhythm. As he got us used to, Omar songs from King of Kings, are deep and worthy of reflection but there are also some suggestive party songs.

I’ve always envisioned the King of Kings project as my opportunity to push beyond the limits of reggaeton and bring a new level of artistry and innovation to my music. I am thrilled to have the opportunity to bring this vision to life now with an incredible live show for my fans across the United States.

In other Celebrity news, Don Omar’s album King of Kings was nominated for a 2006 Latin Grammy for “Best Urban Music Album”. An event which is set to take place on November 2nd at Madison Square Garden in NYC and be broadcasted live on the Univision Network from 8 - 11 p.m. ET.
