Remember about the great offer Red Hot Chili Pepper had? The fans could purchase concert tickets before they show up ‘in public’ on May 13 if they pre-order the rock album on iTunes, receiving an email with a code which could be used at Ticketmaster.com for tickets buying. Although it wasn’t ‘Fools Day’ when Apple declared this, it seems like the fans did not receive those codes before ticket pre-sales began on Tuesday and are now enraged with the iPod maker.

Most of the customers still had not received their codes by Tuesday afternoon, despite the fact that pre-sales for many of the band’s shows had already begun. The fans received blank emails or emails about the promotion but without the special code or they didn’t received anything.
