Apple’s iTunes Music Store let’s you re-download all the music you lost and re-grants the purchases history. So, if you lost your whole collection of music you can put it back because iTunes Music Store allows you to. Well, I think this is a great news. Apple iTunes Music Store said that in the event that a customer’s entire music library is lost, the iTunes Music Store does re-grant the purchases history, but, you have to keep in mind that Apple does not offer protection against the loss of purchases.

Apple sued Creative because the U.S. division of Creative Technology infringes four patents in its hand-held digital players and Creative sued Apple in the same day, because of the iPods and iPod nanos importation and sale after importation into the United States.
